Our collection facility is situated on the 4th floor in the multi-storey parkade opposite the Domestic Terminal B. Upon arrival, go to the second floor (food court area with Spur etc). Cross over the walk-way (pedestrian bridge) into the parkade. Take the elevator to the 4th floor. The Executive Carport kiosk is on your right. Simply provide your Executive Carport ID or reservation number and surname to process you collection. Your vehicle will be brought to the kiosk. NB* - We discourage the dropping off of vehicles on the 4th floor as this is mainly a collection area, however for clients who require to park and keep their keys, and additional charge of R45, (own key surcharge), is levied from Wednesday to Friday (per day). Directions: Drive into the parkade, follow the spiral entrance until you reach the 4th floor. Our dedicated Executive Carport boom entrance is in the northern corner of level 4. Insert your ticket and proceed to our kiosk to have your vehicle received by our staff. NB* - Please do not leave items of personal nature in your vehicle and declare any valuables. All vehicles are stored in our secure lock-up facility on the airport grounds. Mileage is recorded and your vehicle will not accumulate more than 4km's whilst in our care. Please also ensure that damages are recorded prior to handing over you keys to avoid any disputes. Kindly familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions. |
